Nervous-system steadiness, emotional calm, relaxation, digestive ease, and a more grounded response to everyday stress.

Ground & Relax Tea began from a personal need for grounding after a difficult period of physical and emotional stress. The formula combines herbs traditionally used not only for calm, but also for nourishment, circulation, and digestive comfort.

Lemon balm, chamomile, linden, and mimosa bring the calming side of the formula. Oatstraw contributes nutritive nervous-system support, while hawthorn and rose add circulatory and emotional balance. Together, the blend is calming without feeling heavy or overly sedating.

5 oz loose herbal tea, detailed herbal insert, reusable muslin tea bags, disposable tea bags, and botanical gift touches.
